Innovation & Development
Our expert team of designers and developers bring your vision to life through mood boards, market trend analysis, prototyping and digital artworking. We consider every factor, from material selection to recyclability, and research market comparisons to refine concepts.
With detailed visuals, we guide you through sampling, production timelines, and testing. Once an initial specification is agreed we create prototypes, refine them as required, and reach gold-seal sample stage, ready for full production.
A Global Team Of Experts
Our global team, with offices in the UK, Shenzhen, and Linyi, China, stays connected through daily video meetings for seamless communication. In the UK, we handle technical aspects, design, and logistics, while our China offices focus on factory operations, quality control, and NPD.
Our strategic on-the-ground presence enhances oversight and quality assurance. We collaborate with industry leaders including SGS and Bureau Veritas (BV) for auditing and technical testing, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
Production & QC
Our team's role during production is to reduce risk, whether technical, logistical or environmental. Ethical oversight is managed through a 3rd party and Sedex. We use strategic partners that we know and understand, with our own staff on site overseeing production.
Our team are on hand to ensure QC is carried out to AQLs that have been agreed with clients. DUPRO and final inspection records are made available online so progress can be tracked live.

Logistics & Delivery
Once final loading inspections are complete responsibility for the stock passes either to the client (if Ex-Works terms) or our office-based logistics team. We calculate nesting and loading profiles to optimise available space and reduce shipping emissions.
Our long term relationships with all of the major ocean freight alliances aids space reliability, with our team monitoring and tracking vessel progress daily. Clients are provided with online live shipment tracking right up to delivery.
