Do you have a minimum volume?

We don't have a minimum container volume, but we do offer alternative cost structures and longer-term fixed pricing for clients moving a larger number of containers. Our LCL service is normally only available from the Far East to Europe. Chat to our team for more information. Our service is designed for businesses moving freight internationally. We don't offer a service to those moving home or looking to ship small volumes of items for their own use.

How do we get set up?

The first step is to have a chat to our team, we'll ask for some basic info about the types of freight you move, the origins and destination. We'll discuss the options then get you set up with an account and agree terms.

Should we use FCL (full container) or LCL (less-than-container)?

If you've got enough stock to fill a container then it makes sense to book FCL shipments, there's almost always a cost saving and it's normally faster. If what you need to ship doesn't fill a container then our LCL service is ideal.

Can we offset our emissions?

Of course. All of our own stock is fully offset, we can do the same for yours too. We can either do the offsetting for you (for a small additional cost) or let you see the emissions on the Salix platform so that you can offset using your own method.

Can you help on all routes?

Yes. Thanks to the relationships we have with each major shipping line we have access to their full range of sailings. If you need to ship from or to a smaller port (inland/river etc) our team are happy to help find a suitable carrier and feeder vessel sailing.
