A polyrattan basket such as this is an excellent choice for displaying food in chiller cabinets. Since it's made from non-porous, moisture-resistant polypropylene, it's ideal for displaying chilled items like cheese and meat. As polyrattan doesn't fade, and the rim is stainless steel reinforced, it can withstand busy commercial environments.
With its thicker appearance compared to polywicker, polyrattan brings a distinct and chunkier aesthetic to these plastic display baskets. Handwoven and colour-matched to natural wicker, these baskets are practically indistinguishable from traditional wicker baskets. To clean, give them a quick wipe with a damp cloth or pop them in the dishwasher for a deeper clean.
