Sustainable Christmas Gift Packaging

With the climate crisis at the forefront of people's minds, it is more important than ever for packaging to be sustainable. For the customer, products look better when they are packaged beautifully. But what they can do with them after is often almost as important. At Gadsby, we design high quality gift packaging that will last beyond the festive season.
Wicker Hampers
Our gift hampers don't get thrown in the bin. Wicker baskets are a perfect choice when looking to make eco-friendly packaging choices. Fill with chocolate, wine, cheese and more to create a special gift. The list of uses once its original purpose has been filled is somewhat endless. Customers can reuse their hamper for summer picnics, storing blankets, housing logs for the fire and as a toy chest, to name a few. We're committed to using environmentally friendly raw materials in our products and throughout our supply chain. Our hampers are all equipped with vegan straps, and with each being handmade by our skilled weavers you'll find they're all unique.
Hamper Cardboard Boxes
A popular gift box for confectionery and chocolate, our card hamper is one of our bestselling gift packaging items. The box is made from recycled cardboard and covered with premium paper in a wicker print - evoking the traditions of the Gadsby heritage. Once the contents have been consumed the sturdy box can be reused by customers for regifting, storing stationery and craft items, photographs and even shoes.
Wooden Crates
Natural, lightweight and biodegradable, our range of wooden crates aren't restricted for use in retail spaces. Made in traditional styling, with solid construction and careful finishing they also look elegant enough for prestigious hampers and gift packaging. Once the festivities are over, customers can use the crate for storing books, stationery and linens as well as housing garden and garage supplies.
Wood Wool
Wood wool is a great material to maximise presentation and offer more protection when it comes to creating a special gift hamper. FSC-certified, it is made from timber sourced from sustainably managed British woodlands and produced without chemicals. After the customer has received their gift hamper, the wood wool can be reused for another gift or easily recycled.
